We are pleased to announce the election of Sam Haws as President of the Hispanic Business Association for the year 2007. Sam brings almost twenty years of local banking experience and is currently serving her second appointment as a Commissioner with the Idaho State Tax Commission. Sam was appointed by Governor Kempthorne. She serves on the St. Alphonsus Board of Trustees and is a judge for the American Legion State Oratorical Contest, which awards scholarships to high school students.
